I'm Zaida Cárcamo Vergara, a licensed physician with a Master's in Aesthetic Medicine from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Since 2019 I've confirmed the same thing every year: the secret isn't only in the technique — it's in listening first. A lot of people walk in with a decision already made — and part of my job is sometimes to say "you don't need this" or to suggest something different. Honesty before sales.
